| Officially announced Leslie A. Borta as our Director of Human Resources (HR).
Ms. Borta comes to JTSi with over 15 years of Human Resources experience within both large and small companies. Although most recently with General Dynamics, Leslie has over a decade of experience as the COO of a software development company and a simulator/engineering manufacturing business. Having created and then managed several HR departments in the past, Leslie has a track record in developing and implementing policies and procedures and assuring HR compliance. Developing and presenting management training, and acting as the HR POC for CMMI and ISO certification/recertification efforts, are also part of her background. Leslie is certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and she has a B.S. in Consumer Economics from the University of Delaware. Leslie is nearing the completion of a Masters in HR Management from Marymount University.
Leslie will be operating from JTSi Fairfax, Va office, however she will be scheduling periodic trips to NJ, Radford and other geographical areas we serve, to foster best level of communication between parties involved in all levels of our HR. Her primary task will be establishing a solid partnership between all of us including the customer, to make the difference. She will be applying her subject matter expertise with due respect to all our hardworking men and women, in the most professional manner possible.
